Please see the following sources to download the upgrade from Mac (please be certain you have applied all of your operating system updates from Mac):

For Mac OS 10.4
For Mac OS 10.5

After installing the upgrade you must make Java 6 the default:

Finder > Applications > Utilities > Java > Java Preferences
Move Java 6 to the top of both the top and the bottom window
