I had problems with the formatting of reports when I first ran the program. A couple of email exchanges with Clay solved all problems! His replies were prompt, clear and effective. Too bad this type of customer service is so hard to find. The program is running smoothly and doing everything I need it to do for inventoring my guns. Highly recommend the program. Thanks, Clay!

I discovered this program by spending a lot of time searching the web for a gun inventory program and reading a lot of positive reviews about this program on different firearm forums. It is very easy to use as well. I collect other items besides firearms and it's great to be able to inventory different collections, passwords, household items, etc. in the same program. Also, can't say enough about the quick responses and support from Clay.

I see others are commenting on the software. I've just been puttering around with mine since I bought it. The thought of tackling a lifetime collection is daunting. So, I'll comment on customer service. My DOS system fried itself a week ago. I had a backup service and have recovered most of my stuff to a new iMAC. HOWEVER, I couldn't find my NMCollectors software to restore. I therefore sent a HELP ME email to the contact email listed on the website and was up and running a MAC version the next day. It doesn't get much better than that.

By the way, BACK UP EVERYTHING. Your computer will fry itself one of these days.

When my PC crashed, I lost the old gun only software and couldn't find the CD so I went out to buy it again. The latest version is great since it really fits me better. I collect a lot of things so I am off and running with the latest software. I have had to ask for customer assistance and they have been great. Quick responses and such... thanks again!

This is an excellent product! I ordered my FlashDrive copy from Brownell's. I had trouble at first, but the designer, Clay - took charge and helped me get going. I didn't realize how comprehensive this program is. I thought it was for keeping records of gun collections. After I got it, I found that it will also keep track of coin & gun collections, household goods, swords, and other things that need record-keeping. I highly recommend buying this program!

NM Collector is one FABULOUS ! FANTASTIC ! program. I have owned this program for several years now and all I can say is … I’m Impressed ! ! !

I’m a hobby gunsmith and collector of military firearms and this program just can’t be beat. I’ve looked at a number of them over the years and there is no other IMO. The support is first rate and if you have any problems, they get fixed fast with out any B.S.

For those with the negative complaints and bad remarks, all I can say is that they suffer from a terminal disorder. … “ Terminal Rectal Cranial Inversion “. I think they still offer “ Glass Navel’s for you people but frankly, I don’t think you should be allowed to even handle a screwdriver and hammer.

The collector software that I use is great. It is comprehensive and well thought out. Customer support was also great, when my old computer crashed. I wouldn't be without this software for a moment. Thank you.

I have used NM Collector for years. It is an easy program to use and allows for lots of notes to be maintained on each firearm. I keep very detailed purchase data as well as load data. It is also good to maintain parts data such as when recoil springs are replaced.
