Activate Subscription

This software is sold as a subscription service. You download the software and then purchase a subscription to unlock it. You can purchase a subscription in yearly increments. You can purchase as many increments as you want whenever you want up to and including a lifetime subscription. When you purchase an increment it will be added to your current expiration date.

If you wish, you can purchase the subscription with the software already installed on a USB flash drive - you can then copy it to your computer or run it on any computer by simply inserting the flash drive in the computer that you want to use - in this case all of the data resides on the USB flash drive. This software is flexible in many ways, including how you want to use it - either installed on your computer or directly from the USB flash drive - your choice.

Why do I have to go through a subscription service to use NM Collector Software JE (Java Edition)? Many modern software licenses use a subscription service model. This approach helps manage licenses and support by clearly defining who has paid for the use of the software and who is eligible for support. This approach will also provide a stream of income to support future operations and support.

How do I start or renew my subscription? Purchase a subscription and then enter the activation code in NM Collector Software JE (Java Edition) using the Menu > Subscription > Status/Activate function. You can renew it at any time and not lose any time as the renewal will extend from the current expiration date not the date you actually renew - unless you renew after the subscription has expired in which case the renewal will start from the renewal data rather than the older expiration date.

What happens if I chose not to renew my subscription? Can I still get to my data? Yes, you will always be able to get to your data. When your subscription expires NM Collector Software JE (Java Edition) goes into the free version with read-only access to the enhanced subscription version. You can read your data (including reports) but you will not be able to update it. If you chose to renew your subscription at a later date you will recover the ability to update your data.
