Please select from the following NM Collector Software JE (Java Edition) (full feature) downloads by operating system.

Operating System (Requires at least Java 6)	Full Installation (Includes Database will OVERWRITE your existing data - Do NOT use if you want to preserve your data!)	Upgrade Only (No Database - will not overwrite your existing data.)	Notes (Always best to install directly to usb root.)
Special Multi-Platform USB Flash Drive Installation	USB_Drive_Template.zip (Also Available for Purchase)	USB_Upgrade.zip	Download archive. Extract the contents to your USB Flash Drive - be sure to copy the contents to the USB Drive - not the folder itself. Run in accordance with platform as listed below.
Windows	NMCollectorJE forWin.exe	NMCollectorJE forWinUpgrade.exe	Full Installation Download installer. Run downloaded installer. Run NMCollectorJE6.exe Update Only Download self extracting archive. Extract the contents to your installation directory - be sure to copy the contents to the USB Drive - not the folder itself.
Mac (OS 10.4 and above with Java 6)	NMCollectorJE forMac.zip	NMCollectorJE forMacUpgrade.zip	Ensure Java 6 has been installed and set up on your Mac Download zip archive. Extract the contents to your installation directory - For Upgrade DO NOT Replace the entire old folder or you will lose your database - just replace what is in the Update folder! Run NMCollectorJE.app Step by step install example with images
Linux	NMCollectorJE6.zip	NMCollectorJE6 Upgrade.zip	Download the appropriate zip archive. Extract files to installation directory. Navigate to the installation directory in a terminal window and issue the following command: java -jar NMCollectorJE6.jar.

Notes:

Use the "Upgrade Only" option from this page to convert NM Collector Software JE (Java Edition) Lite to the full feature JE version.
The "Full Installation" includes the database. Do not use this if all you need is to upgrade to the latest version because it will over write your existing data.
The "Upgrade Only" does not include the database so it will not over write your existing data. However, in order for it to see your data you must install the upgrade to the same location as the original install.

A special note regarding privacy.

This program does not plant anything on your system or contact the Internet unless you click a link from within the program and then it only goes to that page. The only exception is during a Windows install to ensure the correct version of Java is loaded.

To verify this claim I recommend you download, purchase (if necessary) and install one of the many privacy programs available on the web. These will notify you when any program is trying to access the Internet. Some are better than others but I have successfully used the following:
