Our Refund Policy is simple - We will replace defective USB Flash drives but we can not refund the purchase price.  We have to establish this strict policy because:

  1. You have access to a free version to run at no charge for an unlimited time period to make sure it works for you on your system before you decide to buy.
  2. You have access to a free 30 day evaluation of the full feature version to make sure it works for you on your system before you decide to buy.
  3. Once we issue a subscription there is no way to take it back.  So, if you purchase it and we issue it we can not get our product back.
