Please allow up to 5 days for delivery of your activation key to the email address provided in your payment. If you purchased the activation only via PayPal you should recieve your activation key within 24 hours.
Please bookmark this Activation Example in case you have trouble activating your copy of NM Collector Software. Please study those instructions before contacting support. We have found that 99.99% of activation problems were improperly copying the Customer ID and Activation key.
If you purchased the USB pre-installation option please allow up to two
weeks for delivery. If you requested the Data Migration Service please
watch your email for instructions on how to get your database to us.
