NM Collector Software - JE - Collecting Software

Any collection any platform ... Windows, Mac and Linux.

This download option is for Windows only. Since the software is designed to be used by many operating systens, the startup is not specifically customized for the Windows so you will see many files that are normally hidden from Windows users. Once you start NM Collector Software JE though it will look and operate like any other Windows application.

Instructions:

Download archive.

Full Installation: NMCollectorJE forWin.exe
Upgrade Only: NMCollectorJE forWinUpgrade.exe

Full Installation

Run downloaded installer.

Do not install to "C:\Program Files" directory in Windows 7 and Vista. This program will not work if installed to that directory.

Run NMCollectorJE6.exe

Upgrade Only

Extract the contents to your installation directory - be sure to copy the contents to the USB Drive - not the folder itself.
Run NMCollectorJE6.exe as before.

Notes:

Requires at least Java 6 on your computer. Most computers come with it already installed.

Use the "Upgrade Only" from this page to upgrade to the latest version without over writing your data. The "Full Installation" includes the database. Do not use this if all you need is to upgrade to the latest version because it will over write your existing data. The "Upgrade Only" does not include the database so it will not over write your existing data. However, in order for it to see your data you must install the upgrade to the same location as the original install.
