You must find a bug that has not yet been identified in the known issues page of this site.
You must be able to describe the bug in enough detail that it can be reproduced by me. If I can't reproduce it I can't fix it!
The bug must be a flaw in the system as it was intended to work. If you think it is a bug because it does not work the way you think it should work that is not necessarily a bug. It could just be a different way of doing things that does not match the way you think things should be done. In that I case I will seriously consider the way you think it should work as an enhancement request.
