• The upgrades on this page work for all editions.
• Before proceeding any further, please read my post on backing up your data and step-by-step upgrade process in my old support forum.
  
• Use the downloads on this page to upgrade to the latest version without over-writing your data or your current edition.     
• The upgrades on this page do not include the database so they will not over-write your existing data.
  
• In order for the upgrades to see your data you must install them to the same location as the original install.
• Do not ever install the "Full Installation" for an upgrade as it includes the database.  Do not use this if all you need is to upgrade to the latest version because it will over write your existing data. 

Download Upgrade Files

Please select the upgrade appropriate for your original install from the options and instructions presented below.

USB (all Operating Systems)

1. Download archive:  USB_Upgrade.zip
2. Extract the contents to your USB Flash Drive
   

Windows

1. Download archive:  NMCollectorJEforWinUpgrade.exe
2. Extract the contents to your USB Flash Drive
   
3. Extract the contents to your installation directory - be sure to copy the contents to the original installation directory - otherwise the upgrade will fail.

Mac

1. Download archive:  NMCollectorJEforMacUpgrade.zip
2. Extract the contents to your original installation folder.
   

Linux

1. Download archive:  NMCollectorJE6Upgrade.zip
2. Extract the contents to your original installation directory.
