Identification Tab … Capture key identification information such as the year, denomination, mint test, type, variety and nationality. You ca also include a unique id which will be displayed as a bar codes if you have the required font. If any fields are missing that you would like to use they can be easily added if you check the Edit Captions box.
Description Tab … Add key information in addition to identification data to describe the item. In this case we have color, streak, transparency, luster, hardness, cleavage, fracture, specific gravity, crystal form, size, weight, and aging method. In addition you can capture dates and values such as appraised, current, and insured values.
Pictures Tab … Add one or more pictures and Notes for each picture. More features will be added in the future for zooming and resizing.
Receipt Tab … Enter who you acquired the item from, the date you acquired it and how much you paid for it. Include additional custom fields if you wish.
Disposition Tab … Enter who you disposed the item to, the date you disposed of it and how much you were paid for it. Include additional custom fields if you wish.
Maintenance Tab … Create and track maintenance logs.
Events Tab … Create and track events.
Data Sheet Tab … Keep detailed data sheets when appropriate.
More Tab … Here you can add even more custom fields if there is not enough room in the identification and description tabs or you just want to add fields that do not belong in those locations.
Statistics Screen … Review summary information and detailed information for each item. Double click any line to go to the corresponding item. Click a heading to sort by that column. You can also export your data to Comma Delimited (MS Excel) and XML files from this page. This picture shows Firearms selected but gems will show gem specific fields.
